Down with the turd infested insulation in the basement

The house was unoccupied for about 8 months and we had a few friends move in. Found 1 in particular, the rat, which was the size of a fat soda can.

Our room - lots of progress

Holes have been fixed, mildew painted over, wiring redone, lighting fixtures added for below in the kitchen, reinsulated, subfloor down, other floor on top, sheet rock back up.

Almost ready for paint and wood floors!
