Got gas but busted water pipe :-(

So we got our propane delivery, went to turn the water back on so we could test the heat then heard the drip drip drip. Some time between Oct and yesterday there must bave been some water that froze in the heating pipe in the upstairs bathroom which broke it open.

Grand scheme, this could have been 100 times worse! But, we will be replacing so sheet rock in the downstairs bathroom as well.
