So there was water damage a few years back when the room had a leak in it. The roof got replaced but unfortunately they didn't take the time to properly clean up the inside of the house.
After pulling up the nasty ass carpet and padding we came across more yuk!
Since I really disliked the cedar wood on only half the bedroom that needed to come off the wall where I began to find more water marks and bits of mold & mildew.
Nice big water mark on the right side of the floor.
I was able to easily put my foot thru this section initially then it was hammer and saws all time!
Yummy
Ultimately this is minor in the grand scheme of things!
